Pumpkin Bread
1 loaf
- Dry Team
- 1 2/3c Bell Flour Mix
- 1 teaspoon xantham
- 1 1/4c Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- Wet Team
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 2 eggs
- 7.5oz Canned Pumpkin (half a 15oz can)
- 1/3c Water
- Prehead Oven to 350 F
- Mix Dry team and set aside
- Beat wet team together
- Add dry team to wet
- Pour into greased loaf pan
- Bake 60-90 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Tips
I usally make muffins with this recipe. Bake it for 20 minutes.
I also add flax seeds from time to time to the mix.
